I'm a bit of an exercise fanatic so I spend a lot of time in the gym which I really enjoy. I love good food though so it has to be done! My favourite is Italian, I could eat it every day!

What do you enjoy most about being a chat host?
I really enjoy working with my fellow hosts. We make a great team and we have a lot of fun at work!

If you won £10,000 on Fabulous Bingo, what would you spend it on?
Ah that's a hard one! I think I'd do the sensible thing and put it towards a deposit for a flat.

Which actor/celebrity would play you in a film about your life?
Cameron Diaz. She's a really talented actress and is really sweet and genuine. She's also a big exercise fan like I am!
